Approval workflow
Approve every post before it goes out
LoopBatch makes the video, checks it against the platform's rules, and then waits. Nothing is published until it is approved, on every plan: that exact video, caption and account, by an admin of your workspace or by an agent that admin granted publishing to, or by a schedule's own rule that the admin turned on and can turn off at any time. TikTok posts and ads always wait for a person.

How approval works
A run makes the post and checks it
Each file passes its quality check, for size, length, black frames and silence, and the post is checked against the rules of the platform it is going to.
It waits in your queue
You see the video in a 9:16 frame with nothing drawn over it, beside its caption, account, privacy, AI label and the checks it passed. Your browser can tell you when one is waiting.
An admin decides
Edit the caption, the privacy or the time, then approve it, ask for changes with a comment, or reject it. Up to 25 posts can be decided together, and each is checked as if it were alone.
LoopBatch publishes exactly what was approved
The approval is checked again just before sending. A changed file, caption or account is refused, and the platform's post id and link are recorded once it is out.
What approval covers
| Plans | Every plan, and the free trial |
|---|---|
| What an approval names | The exact video and caption, by their content, and the account, platform, privacy, AI label and time |
| Who can approve | An admin of your workspace, in LoopBatch or through an AI agent that admin connected with permission to publish |
| How long a post waits | Manual-review posts wait up to 30 days, then are rejected or the run stops. An admin-enabled Live schedule rule can approve eligible posts after its configured wait |
| Platforms | TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky |
| A change after approval | A new version of the post, which needs its own approval |
| AI label | Sent when ticked on the post; required on a post whose media a model made if the workspace chose the platform's rule |
| What is kept | Who decided and when, and the platform's post id and link |
What it does not do
- No sign-off by a shared linkEveryone who approves has an account in your workspace. A client who should approve needs to be invited.
- No chain of approversOne admin's yes publishes the post. There is no second or third approval step.
- No automatic approval for TikTok posts or adsAn admin can enable an approval rule for one Live schedule and turn it off again. TikTok posts and ads always wait for a person; a post the rule cannot approve stays in the Queue with a reason.
What it costs
Approval has no price of its own: it is part of every plan, including the free trial. What you pay for is making the video. The Greece video in the picture above cost $0.018 to make on 22 September 2026, every step included, and each run shows its own price before it starts.
Questions about approval
Can an AI agent approve a post?
Only if an admin connected it and gave it permission to publish, which the connection screen asks for by name. The agent must name the exact version of the post it read; a post that changed since then is refused.
What happens if nobody approves?
Without an eligible schedule rule, the post is rejected or the run stops after 30 days, or the deadline the template sets. An admin-enabled rule can approve eligible schedule posts; TikTok posts and ads still wait for a person.
Can I change the caption after I approve?
Any change to the video, the caption or the account makes a new version of the post, and that version needs its own approval.
Do test runs wait for approval too?
Yes. A test run's post waits in the same queue and goes out only when someone approves it.
