Build and schedule an AI video workflow

For creators and marketing teams making more than one video. Describe the workflow in plain words, test it on your content, then put the same production steps on a schedule.

The workflow

From an idea to a post you can review

Describe the process once

Build a workflow around your topic, footage, narration and captions. Change the instructions when the format needs to change.

Check the result before repeating it

Run a test, inspect the finished media and its checks, and see the creation cost before committing to a recurring workflow.

Keep control of publishing

Choose manual review or let an admin enable a rule for one Live schedule. TikTok posts and ads always wait for a person.

How it works

  1. Start with a brief or a template

Explain what you want to make, the assets it should use and where the finished content belongs.

  2. Run a test and inspect the output

Read the run's result, review the video and caption, and resolve any failed media or platform checks.

  3. Set the recurring schedule

Choose when the workflow runs. Creation takes time: a scheduled run and a completed post are different events.

  4. Decide how each post goes out

Review posts in the Queue. An admin can enable a schedule rule for eligible posts, set its wait and privacy, and turn it off again.

Real output

A real workflow with measured creation costs

A measured run of the guess-the-country workflow made a 88-second narrated video for $0.0185 in creation credits on 24 September 2026, with its recorded models and footage. The pictured frame comes from a separate run of that workflow. Each new run has its own estimate.

See the production steps, models and costs behind the measured runs, then use your own run's estimate to plan what to make.

What you control and what to check

Controls and limitations for ai video automation
Production stepsA workflow defines the steps that create your content; it is not a promise that every possible brief is supported.
Media checksFiles and posts are checked before approval. A failed check needs attention before the content can be sent.
TimingA schedule rule's wait starts when the post is ready, rather than when the video run starts.
Publishing permissionA connected account and an authorized approval are required. Automation does not bypass the account's permissions.

Plans and creation costs

Your plan includes creation credits. The cost of a run depends on its models, media and production steps. Review its estimate before starting, and compare the plan price separately from the measured cost of one video.

Questions before you start

Do I need to write code?

You can describe the workflow and its changes in plain words, or start from a template. Test the output before putting it on a schedule.

Does scheduling mean every post goes out automatically?

No. Posts wait for approval unless an admin enables a rule for that Live schedule. TikTok posts and ads still need a person's decision.

Does a test run publish a video?

A test run's post waits in the Queue too. It can be published if an authorized person approves it; Test does not mean a public post is impossible.

Make your next video a repeatable workflow.

Start with one result you can inspect, then choose when to run it again.
