Schedule a repeatable AI video workflow
A schedule repeats the production steps of a workflow. It does not make a video instantly or guarantee a public post at the moment the run starts. Test one result first, then choose the production cadence and the publishing decision separately.

- What you will have
- A recurring production workflow with an explicit review and publishing process.
- What you need
- A tested workflow, usable media, a connected destination and permission to manage its schedule.
- How long it takes
- One setup and test; creation time depends on the workflow and its providers.
Before you start
- Choose a workflow that already produces an output you can inspect. Resolve failed media checks before repeating it.
- Confirm that future runs have enough footage, approved topics or other inputs. A recurring schedule cannot replace missing source material.
- Connect the intended account and choose the workspace admin who will authorize delivery. Review the estimate and available creation credits.
Production time and posting time are different
A production run may include script generation, narration, media preparation, rendering and checks. Those steps begin when the schedule runs; they take time before the post is ready to review.
For example, if you want a post ready for a morning review, start production earlier. This is a planning example, not a measured rendering-time promise. Check a real test run before choosing the lead time.
Write a brief that can be repeated
Each run should make one short explanation from the next approved topic and our tagged footage. Use the same narrator and caption style. Prepare it for the connected YouTube account and wait for review.
Specify what changes each run and what stays consistent. Inspect how the generated workflow selects a topic and its assets so repeated runs do not simply recreate the same video.
The steps
Test the workflow. Run one example, watch the full result and inspect the caption, destination and recorded cost. A Test post can still be published if a person approves it; check the destination before deciding.
Create the schedule. Select the intended workflow, days, times and timezone. Check the workflow version and the inputs it will use for future runs.
Keep manual review while tuning. Leave automatic approval off so new posts wait in the Queue. Check whether the recurring output matches the format you tested.
Choose eligible automatic approval if needed. An admin can enable a rule for one Live schedule, choose its wait and privacy, and turn it off. The wait starts when each post is ready, not when its production run began.
Read both records. Inspect the production run and the post's delivery record. A successful run establishes creation; the delivery record establishes what happened when the platform was contacted.
Check the result
- The correct days, time and timezone are shown for the schedule.
- Future inputs are available and the selected workflow version is the one you tested.
- The estimate, available balance and daily spending limit support the intended production cadence.
- The selected account, caption, privacy and AI disclosure match the intended post. TikTok posts and ads always wait for a person.
If something goes wrong
- If a run cannot find usable footage, fix the asset selection and test it again before leaving the schedule enabled.
- If a post stays in the Queue, read its reason. Automatic approval is only available for an eligible post from a Live schedule with an enabled rule.
- If the output arrives later than you expected, inspect the run's duration and schedule production earlier. Do not treat the production start as a promised publishing time.
- If delivery fails, inspect the platform response and account permissions. Repeating generation does not repair a disconnected publishing account.
The platforms' own rules
